Wouter Westerkamp is a Pega Business Analyst at Valcon in Amsterdam and a native Dutch speaker. He helps teams turn complex processes into workable platform solutions: listening hard, shaping requirements, and staying close to how people actually use the system. He previously worked as a Pega developer (Certified System Architect) on the IMG account before moving into the BA role on the same engagement. Alongside consulting, he designs and builds clear, editorial landing pages for small businesses — using AI in the workflow without losing judgment, craft, or stakeholder focus. He is also co-author of research on requirements elicitation for prototype-driven AI engineering (REFSQ 2025, Utrecht University affiliation), and explores how AI can speed mechanical analysis work so more attention goes to outcomes that hold up in production for recruiters, delivery teams, and clients alike.
Day to day that means bridging process platforms and people: SAFe ways of working, Dutch-language stakeholder collaboration when it matters, and digital craft that shows how he thinks — this site included.
